Article: The 5 best keto books to get you started

Personally, I’ve not heard of the first 4, but my wife got me the 5th for a Christmas present:

We’ve tried two recipes from the Maria Emmerich book, one was a soup that was fantastic, and the other was an all-protein version of lasagna that is now our go-to for lasagna. Even our kids like it. (They thought the soup was too spicy. More for the parents!)

I got Maria Emmerich’s Restaurant cookbook and immediately tried about a dozen recipes and loved them so I bought all the rest of her cookbooks. The other one I use the most is the Instant Pot/Crock pot one.

Definitely need to invest in a few keto cook books…

I didn’t know she had an instant pot/crock pot variety, I’ll have to look into that.

We have a Dana Carpender book that’s good too:

I think she has an updated version.

I also find a lot of recipes looking here:

Any I like, I forward them to myself, print them out. We tried the all-protein version of lasagna from Maria Emmerich, by finding it on the Diet Doctor website I believe. Then when we got her cookbook, we realized it was there too.
