I think Nebraska has it right. If it is meat, then the label should say meat. If it isn’t actually meat, it should not say meat on the label. Same for other products. I think we have been losing our language concerning food for awhile.

I’m pretty sure more of these meat defining laws will be coming soon. I believe this literally stems from the worry about test tube protein (meat grown in labs that start out as stem cells) and is apparently within a year away from being available to the public.

I think I will pass on the frankenmeats.
