I don’t know how to site an article despite Richards help. But the Havard Health Newsletter published an article basically extolling the virtues of the keto genie diet, only to throw out disclaimers and warnings of its dangers in the last paragraph. There are some interesting replies as well if anyone is interested they can subscribe to the newsletter.
