I’m sick of meat and green things. Meat, green things. Meat, green things. And I gained TWO POUNDS last week, and even though I did it perfectly and I know it’s most likely weird water stuff, I am still beyond frustrated, and I hate this, and I want all the ice cream. ALL OF IT. And then toast.

Thanks for reading my rant; I hope it helps because otherwise, I will explode and eat all of the food.

@LizBert, please step away from the ice cream😃. Time to get on pinterest or scour the internet for great Keto recipes. Love the fat head pizza dough which can also be used to make keto lasagna. My favorite cook book is Simply Keto by Suzanne Ryan. Search recipes here. You can do this! 90 second Keto bread is good too. (The one that you saute in butter)

PS. You can make toast with the 90 second keto bread!
