It is but not paleo seasonality… I’m carnivore most of the year (8 months). I’m pescan most of November and December. I’m vegan most of March and April.

But always keto omad and never fruits.

I also like longer EFs multiple times a year and I like shorter 4/3 EFs every week by eating Sat-Tue and fasting Wed-Friday.

I think the body needs change, and I like to keep it on its toes… and still, it learns and adapts.

I had to TONE DOWN my salt intake after experiencing the opposite problem, particularly when fasting.

When they are breathing (respiration) haha but with some you might have to look through a microscope. With some you just scratch the bark to see if it’s green assuming it’s not a plant that dies back to the roots in the winter like some grasses. etc
