Are the Precision Extra numbers all that matters?

I’ve been doing Keto for 9 months now with great results. I have never been the hardcore person who charts/graphs all of my macros, I’ve only been following what my blood meter shows. Blood Glucose 60-99 = Good. Ketones >0.5 = Good. Is that sound logic??? I certainly has been working for me, but wanted to hear what others think.

Sounds great to me. If weight loss is your goal, there’s no need for higher ketones and glucose is in the healthy range.
