I currently keeping my fats high and loosing weight but the majority are from butter, lard, Ghee and meat.
Are these considered bad fats and would it be worth while trying to change to healthy fats and if so what is the best source.
Or does it even matter

Yes, healthy fats are important! Ghee, butter, lard, etc are great, as are coconut oil and good-quality olive oil. Stay away from trans fats and vegetable oils, which are usually highly processed and unstable.
