Apps

What apps are you using for tracking weight loss & body measurements?

Err… I use a scale and a spreadsheet… guess that makes me very old indeed…

(Dan) #3

That’s what I am doing now @MarkGossage  Just wondering if there is something else out there.

(bulkbiker) #4

I’m sure there will be but nothing will be as flexible as your own spreadsheet…

healthmate (withings scale and products). Apple Watch. LifeFitness (for my eliptical)

cronometer is a hell of an app, and even supports keto/net carbs if you need to track food

and measuring too

I use My Sugar which tracks my blood glucose and I built a little spreadsheet JUST so I can watch the chart line for my blood sugar averages go down, down, down… but now that I’m on this forum I am thinking I need to start tracking my GKI too. Then I can build another chart.

I like excel.

I use cronometer, does the food / weight / biometrics but not body measurements yet. I’ve got a ghetto spreadsheet I made for that.

I like an app called Weight Diary. It is just a weight log but you can also make notes in the days and so if I do a body measurement I just type it into the days note. As for the weight, there is a nice line graph.
