Appreciating the obesity code podcast

So my wife was joking around the other day and chastising me for not loosing weight yet being Keto, and testing my ketones all the time. Which got me to thinking. I am very much of the keep calm and Keto on persuasion- but I was hoping to see my body fat go down a little from its current 24/25%
Whilst my weight has reduced from 95kgs down to 88kgs - body fat has stayed the same (I know it has reduced as the 25% of 95 vs 25% of 88)

This got me to do some reflection on what I am eating / why and when. Now I am certainly fat adapted, bullet proof coffee in the morning and fat based snacks / foods.
Protein did get a little high every now and then but not enough to get excited about.

Listening to the obesity code I realised that my training wheels were firmly affixed and needed to come off …
BCP whilst a lovely thing wasn’t helping my fat stores to be burnt - so I introduced a little more intermittent fasting, occasionally trying to keep meals to lunch as opposed to diner.

Low and behold - more progress being made …
