For the past week or so my breath meter readings are beeping, meaning they’re over .05 (most of them are .07). I’ve also noticed I haven’t been able to sleep well this week which is really starting to cause me to feel lousy during the day at work. Might there be a correlation? Is there anything dangerous about consistently blowing a higher number?
I’m seriously thinking I should carb up tonight in the hopes of getting some sleep, as much as I hate the idea.
