I’ve been doing keto/lchf since last August (2017). Did have a few “cheat” days, mainly holidays and special occasions, but I’d say I’ve been almost 90% consistent. My diet consists of lots of leafy greens, meat, chicken, pork, eggs, full-fat dairy and lately a lot of sardines. I only use extra-virgin olive oil, coconut oil (MCTs) and avocado oil to cook and to dress. As for exercise, I generally do resistance training or cycling about 4-5 times a week. I had a lipid profile check yesterday and noticed my HDL dropped a bit (80 - 77 mg/dL from Oct 2017). I started with an HDL of 75 before changing my diet. I recognize that it is not that much of a drop, but I expected it to keep going up. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance!
Anyone seen a drop in HDL after being on keto for several months?

Not my experience. FWIW, my “cheat” days might be an accidental 40 grams of carbs but my diet goes awry unless I stay rigorous.
