Hi Guys,
I am following a targeted ketogenic diet as I am lifting weights for about 1hr everyday.
I consume about 15-25 grms of carbs (fast absorbing like chocolate) before I workout as I understand that it is meant to help you perform better.
It certainly makes my workouts strong but I have been having some stomach pains in general and wonder if anyone has experience with this.
Could the carbs pre workout be affecting my stomach and making me nauseas or is it likely something else?
