Anyone making their own Magnesium water?

Anyone know of a good recipe for magnesium water? Is club soda with MOM (milk of mag) a good combo or should I be using something else with MOM? I was wondering if I could just take MOM in water to supplement my magnesium intake? Trouble taking magnesium supplements orally. Any help?

MOM use Mag Hydroxide I believe which isn’t a great form. Like Citrate, it’s used as a laxative for a reason. You can get packets that dissolve in water that won’t taste terrible, there’s creams and lotions as well. If you’re not trying to fix an actual deficiency you can get filters that will do it as well.
