Anyone look into impact of never eating sweet food and more bitter?

I believe that taste of food may impact digestion and ability to lose weight. I was curious if anyone else looked into this. I saw some articles on it. Good foods I have been avoiding are bitter. I should go into more detail later. As of now I will just say I am trying a bitter green ketoish approach. This is no sweets, focus on veggies and card cutting.
Any thoughts? Mainly about bitter? Yes just eat yucky to be plucky.

If its bitter, its probably your body’s way of saying don’t eat it.

Stay away from sweets too

Toxic things can be bitter but things like green vegetables are also bitter. Have you looked into this?

Yes, plants are incredibly over rated. See: Zero Carb

LoL, interesting concept. I’m sure there maybe something to whatever we chose to eat.

I’m currently trying to stay under 2 teaspoons of sugar in addition to being keto. I think it may push me through my plateau. I have an addiction to sugar, so doing this will help me there as well. I’ve gone 5 days so far.

Apparently they recommend adults don’t eat more than 6 teaspoons of sugar a day. A teaspoon = 4.4 grams of sugar. So it adds up quick, I get 1 gram from a pack of ranch dressing and 1 gram from cream cheese fast. That’s not adding any table sugar, just sugar found in everyday products. I should say who “they” are. As they came up with these guidelines from their buttocks I believe, but It’s a step in the right direction. It’s these chaps here. https://www.who.int/mediacentre/news/releases/2015/sugar-guideline/en/

Fruit is something I don’t eat, so don’t have to worry about the sugar there, but if I did I think blue berries and avocado is way to go. Well I guess I do occasionally have guacamole sauce when I find it.
