Anyone here who lost this much weight and what did u do for those last10-20 pounds. I am stuck at 140s. Please advice.

I believe it’s important to convince your body that famine isn’t a threat. What helped me was feasting for a few days a week and cutting my dairy and nuts to a bare minimum. Nuts, cheese and butter were easily 20-25% of my caloric intake and lowering these things didn’t really affect my overall hunger.
I also found that doing OMAD the day after a feast was much easier so while I may have eaten more food on a feast day, the average over two days was more than reasonable. Feasting was also good for resetting my hunger. I spent a lot of time thinking about food and wanting to eat (not crave) good keto food and feasting totally put those ideas on the back burner (at least for a day or two).
