Anyone ever tried an avocado "fast"?

According to MFP seven medium avos plus a can of tuna comes out to a pretty good day of macros. Besides the fact that the avos are expensive what do you think of doing that? I wonder what it’d do to your #2. LOL

I do think I read of that somewhere. Maybe it was just a toss away idea though.

Hey, why not if you love avocados.
I like them, but I don’t love them. I don’t think I could do 7 a day.

Although it sounds tasty, it seems like a lot of carbohydrates. I understand that the net carbohydrates are low, but there are differing opinions on whether or not to monitor net carbohydrates or total carbohydrates. Please let us know if this works well!?

Oh, I wasn’t really planning on doing it. It just sounds delicious if you can get all the avocados ripe at the same time.

Not yet. Not yet. Not yet. Too late.

So is misterbutters the kitten?

(Linda) #7

Yes, ladylyssa. Also known as C. S. (Crazy Schizo) Butters and Sir Peesalot.

We have a similarly colored big fat boy named Sparky. I call him Sparkadoodledoo, or Sparkareeno, or Sparkarooski. If I’m feeling particularly creative I’ll call him something like “Sparkadidlioodlydoodly”. My husband calls him Butthead.

We have four girls: Pangar or Momma; Blue, who I also call my widdle BooBerry; and Tabs and Bast, who don’t have nicknames 'cause they aren’t particularly friendly.

You can freeze them when they are ripe! Also, Costco now sells frozen avocado pieces.

I just found out we also sell frozen riced cauliflower.

Oh - I forgot Beastie Boy and You Obnoxious Little Sh*t.

Time to go to Costco!
