I used to weight myself only once a week and the scale would just show weightloss but now for the last couple months I weight myself every day and Iv notice it will start at one weight let’s say 159 be that way for a couple days then go down to 158 be the for a couple days and then go back up to 160 and then down to 157. So it’s like it goes down one - up two - down three. It’s like this every week or week And a half it’s weird - I used to get discourage but now I’m like okay cool you are gunna go down soon.
Anyone else notice this
Normal for me, too. I have a range that I kinda know I’m in and I’m just fine. Mine is a rather large one with numbers ranging over 8 or 9 pounds. Sounds like a lot, I know, but I really do vary quite a lot. This morning, I was smack dab in the middle of it, about as expected.
Fluid fluctuations on a daily basis. It’s when you have daily data points (weigh ins) that trend up or down on a monthly basis that constitute weight loss or gain. Body composition is a different animal altogether.
Same here. I weigh daily and log it in a spreadsheet to chart my progress. It can be a little depressing when it goes up but you really need to expect that. I’m currently in a week long plateau so I’m changing my IF schedule around per Megan Ramos on 2KD from 3/18/17.
