Anyone eating whale in their Carnivore diet?

Here in Norway I have easy access to whale meat. Nutritionally is is very high in protein and quite low in fat, but consider including it as a last meal of the day for nutritional purposes. It is very cheap to buy here in Norway.

Sale of whale meat is illegal here in the United States, tho the whale hunting practices of the Natives is supposed to be protected legally (tho not in the court of public opinion).

I’m not purely carnivore, but i do eat whale meat. Very good as sashimi, dip in soy sauce with ginger and garlic rather than using wasabi if you want more flavour. It’s the only meat I eat raw yet.

What’s it taste like? If you had to compare to some other kind of fish/meat?

Culturally taboo in Australia, especially for mainstream environmentalists. But we will eat a kangaroo or emu, both on our nation’s coat of arms.

Does it taste like chicken?

Lol. That is the common response to queries on what something exotic tastes like. ‘It tastes like chicken.’

No but I’d certainly try it if I lived or visited somewhere it was an option.
