Any tips to get rid of the keto flu

The keto “flu” is a symptom that you are not getting enough sodium. For various reasons, our need for sodium goes up when we embark on a ketogenic diet. Try drinking some salty broth, or just adding more salt to your food. If that doesn’t do the trick, then you probably have the real flu, not keto “flu.”
