I am an RN that works overnights at a pretty busy hospital. Initially, I had great success with keto. I lost about 30 lbs (maybe more) and spent one day a week doing carb cycling (I love Healthful Pursuit), sometimes the cycling is more junky thank it needs to be, but I’m human . Anyway, I enjoy IF during my nights but I’m finding that I am having head spinning cravings in the middle of my shift. I try to stop eating by 11p and then go right to bed when I get home. I don’t have anyone at work to be accountable to. Would any other night shifters be Interested in a nightly “check-in” of sorts? Like a distraction or something? It’s 0524 right now and I work the next two nights. Who’s with me? Maybe we can share what we take for our meals? I’m open to suggestions. I just want to get back into ketosis and feeling good again! TIA.

I work overnight too. I have been fasting for awhile. The last 10 days I have been on vacation. Going back to work Wednesday night. I’ll keep my eyes on the forum to help!
