ANY good foods 12 hours before a blood test too get best results!

So I eat alot of fatty meats,olive oils,Pork rinds,eggs,avacado,bacon like 3000 calories a day and like 13 net carbs.
I also am a endurance runner in school and I eat a small tbsp pat of kerry gold before races and get 1st place!

What veggies or meats or foods should I eat 12 hours before a blood test too show I am a healthy standard person!
Please help and dont give useless answers telling me the ketogenic diet fixes cholestorol cause IK i have a retarded cholest I just have a bad feeling I do!

I suggest you just eat as you normally would, how else will you know where you are at, is this a baseline testing?
@daveketo has a whole website devoted to cholestorol, he is a hyper responder and has really dived into this topic. Do a search of the forums for him and videos etc will come up for you too. But his website is a trove of info.

First of all I’m sorry I don’t know how to link this video. It’s on YouTube by David Feldman called It’s energy not cholesterol. He explains how to hack your cholesterol. The 2 dudes a!so interviewed him on the podcast. You need three days before your test of feasting. Then 12 hours of fasting. This hack lowers your LDL by -30%.
