Anxious about not eating enough

I’m eating under a 1000 cal/ day…protein a bit above at 70 grams, total carbs average 15 grams and about 70 grams of fat which is under but I’m not hungry…is this ok?

If you’re overweight and otherwise feel fine, sure. If you’ve lost your appetite to the point of being unable to eat any more even if you tried, not just not being hungry, in addition to feeling weaker and more tired than usual or if you’re not overweight then that’s a little worrying.

Great! Two weeks in and down 13 lbs. Can’t believe how easy it is!

Pretty normal to not have much appetite in the beginning, as long as you are feeling okay it is fine and will likely stabilize in the following month or so

also we tend to recommend “fat until full” and “fat to satiety” so if you are satiated listen to your body and stop!
