OK, after all of the amazing posts on Sous vide, and given the fact that I have 1/4 grass fed cow in my freezer which includes some rather tough steaks, I’ve been coveting these. And was disappointed when I didn’t see them go on sale on Amazon for Boxing Day.
HOWEVER, i just googled, and they are on sale directly from Anova - $129 instead of $199 in Canada for the 800 watt bluetooth version, plus free shipping! Guess what is headed my way!!!
