Here is another positive article that will hopefully continue with the reeducation of all those still believing they should be eating all those carbs. There is still such a long way to go and the keto way of living is not mentioned, but it is still a positive article.
Another positive article
Interesting. Although, I don’t think GMO are a problem. Most of what we eat has been genetically modified by artificial selection.
Hyman says it’s simply that Americans have been fed the wrong nutritional information dating back to the 1950s, when an American physiologist, Ancel Keys found a correlation between fat consumption and heart disease. Hyman says Keys findings about the dangers of fat in a diet were overblown.
Overblow? How about unfounded?
That was a good article, but I wish they’d talk a little more about saturated fat and problems caused by sugar. Nevertheless, things are SLOWLY changing.
I agree 100% with your statement. I had a conversation with a farmer, the guy went to school got a degree and now manages some farms for one of the companies that supplies In N Out burger with it’s potatoes, along with many other companies. He was telling me (if you believe him, I pretty do) that it is hard to find a grown food that is not genetically modified these days. Essentially over the past 50+ years everything has been genetically modified. The real question should be organic or not. What chemicals are being used etc. He manages farms that do both organic and non. He continued to tell me, this may make some of the orgainic food supports happy, that the government is all over organic products. He is on the phone every day regarding his organic crops and there are guaranteed weekly inspections, sometimes multiple inspections per week.
I thought Clinton was on a vegan raw foods diets (which is why I thought he always looks so ill).
