Another incorrect piece of 'health' article

Im a newbie to Keto, started in October last year and have been trying to stay on it consistently since.
I have done a fair bit of research prior to starting, and have been trying to convince some of my friends on the benefit too, as we’re all doing a New Year fitness challenge together.
One of the friend has just sent me an article written by a dietitian and published on the web newsletter of one of the biggest fitness chain here in Australia.
It’s packed with false information on what Keto is.

Makes me laugh that the main headline is saying Keto is about putting your body into ‘starvation’ mode! I don’t know where this person is coming from, but since starting on Keto, I have been anything but starving.

Not a word in the article about insulin and its role in boosting fat accumulation. It’s certainly NOT a difficult way to lose weight. It’s the easiest way to lose weight I’ve ever tried, with the bonus that it works!

What makes me mad about these articles is the not sustainable long-term comment you always get. Why don’t they draw on the people who have been doing it long-term?

Why would you eat bacon and eggs and steak to lose weight while having great energy and mental clarity?

There’s FAR easier ways to lose weight where you can eat half a donut and rice cakes while being tired, irritable, and hungry 24 hours a day until you crack and eat a whole cheesecake!
