Well day 2 is here and almost over and I haven’t been hungry like all day. Woke up in the morning had like 3 strips of bacon and a few sausage sticks ready to eat. I pick up one stick and take a bite and I’m disgusted, I forced myself to finish it. The rest of the food went right back in the refrigerator. I’ll post a screenshot of my carb tracker app but for someone that played basketball this morning for an hour and a half and walked over 10k steps… It was not a lot of food at all. I took a pee test today and I got a result. So I guess I’m doing something right.

You’ll find your appetite is a bit all over the place at first :slightly_smiling_face: If you’re really not hungry I wouldn’t force anything down.

Welcome Andrew. I also experienced nausea and lack of appetite in the beginning. It helped to drink chicken broth when I felt hungry but couldn’t handle any food. Within a few days it should pass. Until then stay hydrated and stay on top of your electrolytes. You’ll feel so much better if you do.

Well day 3 is over with and I felt like blah today again. Had a headache most the day, was hungry today compared to yesterday. Also having :running_man::poop: maybe due to all the fat. But stayed strong and finished the day. I did go over on my fat and protein :frowning:. :disappointed_relieved:

No biggie this early on. The goal is to adapt & if you need a bit of extra food to do that then have at it - as long as you’re below the 20gms of carbs you’re golden :slightly_smiling_face:

Day 4 is pretty much over for me and I feel great. I wasn’t feeling like :poop: at all today. I woke up with a ton of energy and was not really that hungry today. I made sure that I hit my steps today with a little 30min treadmill session. My starting weight was 240 and Fridays will be my scale days.

Well today was day 6. Last Tuesday I weighed in at 241, this morning I was 235 :clap:. I feel great, my workouts have been decent, not 100% but decent. I am all in on this. Attached is todays macros and breakdown. Accidentally posted in wrong thread earlier.

All excellent news :slightly_smiling_face:

Just a quick word of caution - I note you only had 45 grams of protein today which seems quite low. Would be OK now & again but not something you’d necessarily want to make a habit of.

It’s day 8 I think, and down from 235 to 232. I didn’t want to weigh myself today but, I was forced to do two hours in the gym this morning and I figured why not. I’m loving the progress, every now and then it gets rough. Goal weight before May is 200 or less.
