Okay so I was cruising around in Walmart and I ran across this incredible deal for a whole chicken for $2.49. I could not resist this deal and I am going to make me some smothered chicken. Of course keto approved. I can’t wait to eat this mother Keto Chicken with some cauliflower rice

I found really inexpensive chicken at Fred Meyer’s also. Also bought one. Going to roast it…and later make broth.
