My recollection is the body has a number of different hunger and/or satiety mechanisms. So may be we all have all of them but our eating behavior is influenced by them differently.

Sorry; just joshing - couldn’t resist. Some folks on here could live on bacon alone.
This has become a problem for me since I quit pooring the grease out and dump my eggs in to the grease to cook them. I also add butter to the mix too.

But to be honest, I’d probably eat Salmon, or some beef ribeye instead, if I could afford it.
I went grocery shopping tonight and bought 3 dozen eggs and 4 packs of bacon. I am on a fast so not sure if I will even get to eat any of it when I stop the fast, as I am not sure how long it will be (my son and his wife and grandson are moving out of province June 26 and coming over to see us one more time before that soooo depending what day that is, will depend on when I stop the fast…)
We also bought nice burgers to cook for when they come so atleast I can have them Keto Style =) but it will break my fast.
When they come I will cook bacon to put on the burgers too… I figured… maybe since my taste buds have changed so much since starting Keto, maybe I will like the bacon now more! At any rate, my hubby and kids will enjoy eating it all up regardless.
