I’ve been Keto since last September eating less than 20g of carbs a day. I became fat adapted within a month or so of starting. I totally fell off the wagon the last week and have been eating a lot of carbs and sugar. Today I’ve decided to fully commit back to Keto. So far today I’ve fasted; not really a deliberate strategy, I just haven’t felt hungry. I’m on hour 17 so far. I’ve also been for a run. I don’t feel the slightest bit hungry. So my question is, despite eating a carb heavy diet for a week could I still be fat adapted?
Am I still fat adapted?

If you’re truly adapted you’ll be able to go in and out of ketosis easily, as long as you don’t make it a habit.
