So I am Keto again and my husband just eats what I cook. And while I have gotten him to quit smoking and stop drinking monster energy drinks over the years, he’s still consuming sugar while eating these high fat foods. He is eating less sugar and carbs overall because I don’t cook then and he won’t cook them himself. My guess is some fat in his diet is better than none, but also if he is a sugar burner I don’t know how much fat he should be eating. He DOES have perfect blood pressure and walks like 40k steps a day at his job, but he is overweight and carries the weight in his gut and has a fatty liver so I know he’s not super healthy. Thoughts?
Am I going to kill my husband?

Your husband is killing himself with the sugar and processed carbs. While less junk is an improvement, as long as the junk component is in his diet he will keep creeping toward metabolic syndrome.
You may not want to cook every day but it’s worth the extra effort to be healthy and happy. Maybe you can double up when you do cook so there’s enough leftovers for the next day.
