Hello everyone, new to keto, I iam eating simple and happy doing so, I’m not into making recipies, wondered if you guys could cast your eyes on what I’m eating, I’m 5 foot 10 male 128 kgs.

3 egg omelette with cubed gammon and chedder cheese(match box size)

Chicken thighs(probably about six) good couple handfuls of broccoli with butter on top

Or a rump steak cooked in butter, couple handfuls of salad(lettuce tomato onion) full fat mayo as dressing, couple tbls

Snack is a bit of cheese(match box size) or couple boiled eggs.
Salt and pepper on everything.

About 4 cups of tea with a dash of double cream in
Try to drink couple litres water with scoop electrolytes in.

That’s about my day,any thoughts?

(You've tried everything else; why not try bacon?) #2

That looks pretty good. Don’t by skinless thighs; the ones with skin on are fine on keto and usually cheaper at the market. You can also ask the butcher not to trim the fat on your beef. Fat is a good source of energy.

If you find you are getting hungry between meals, eat more at mealtime. On a sensible diet, we can go hours between meals. Carbs raise insulin and therefore promote hunger, whereas fat and protein are satiating, which is one of the keys to a low-carb diet.

So listen to your body; some days it may want more food, other days less, but it all evens out over time. Don’t worry too much about caloric intake; many forum members have found that their fat loss started when they began eating more, not less.
