#'s look good.
As mentioned, lose the chicken breast… It’s what fat people like to eat!
Grab legs and thighs. Better suited for your WOE, not to mention they’re tastier and cheaper.
Keep up the good work.

@Alex99 Are you suggesting 4+ liters of water per day? I think 2.5-3 liters is optimal. Too much water flushes out electrolytes that new ketonians already have trouble getting enough of.
@greath I think you’re not getting adequate potassium with this formula and also magnesium. I strongly suggest supplemental magnesium, I use magnesium glycinate. Eat an avocado, salmon, an oz of lower carb nuts, cheese, cream, a variety of meats, (beef pork fish shrimp duck bacon etc.) different vegetables that are low carb. Eating the same thing everyday is boring and not healthy either. A chicken breast is ok if you really like them but maybe 2x a week. Try getting them bone in with the skin intact. You need to diversify your diet as much as you can within the keto friendly spectrum.
Hmm definitely not 4+ liters. Well certainly not intentionally, when I read this forum on my iPhone I’ve been none to see things wrong and spell things wrong …
Yes 4+ liters is definitely on the high side I would not have said that - that’s for sure.
I drink 8 regular cups (each cup is 8oz). So a bit under 2L no where near 4+.
