Hi all! I’m almost 8 weeks in, no cheats, and I’ve noticed this week at the gym, I’m sweating a lot more. I haven’t changed anything. Could it be my body is using some stored fat?
Am I becoming a fat burning machine?

Experienced keto exercisers talk about just “knowing” when they really dig into their fat stores during an exercise session (a taste in the mouth, a certain kind of energy).
