So I discovered a few foods that have helped me tremendously with my cravings and are keto friendly… Not necessarily the healthiest but definitely high fat and I feel after I eat just a few I am pleasantly satisfied. I am now going strong and feel quite excited! Thank you all for your advice! Also if you haven’t had cheddar crisps you need to​:joy::joy: one question…does anyone here get a “high” feeling when they eat…I am finding that I am getting a somewhat buzzed feeling or dizziness. Is this normal?
