Thanks, Kirk! You are totally right! I can’t have cheat meals…it would be a downward spiral for me. My cravings are now manageable and I don’t want to open the flood gates after all that work.

1 egg. Beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tblspoons cream cheese
1 tsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tblspoons Brown swerve

Make cook about 5 minutes (longer if you like crunchy)

The frosting drizzle for the top.

1 Tblspoons swerve confectioners
1 Tblspoon sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon

Blend and drizzle over hot chaffle
