54 year old woman -5ft 4 in
Upped my good fats. Keep about ten pairs of jeans that I don’t fit into.
I gauge my movement on those jeans.
I stopped weighing because my loss seems to be more inches that weight. (Weird I know )
Eat one avocado a day now. On occasion, I eat chick peas. Things I wouldn’t go near before.
I’m between 20-30 carbs a day. One meal , one snack.
Almost quit, I was so discouraged. Took 6 months to lose 20 pounds. Inches came off faster.
Now, I don’t care how long it takes. Gonna live the lifestyle forever so it doesn’t matter to me anymore. Stopped that worry and insanity.
Finally got to 9 pounds left.
Went up and put on those size 11 jeans. They went right up.
I’ll be in those 9s, next. Went from a size 14 shirt to a med -large. Outta full figure.
May keep going, to reach those 7s. I love my low carb lifestyle!
Almost at goal! Broke the 10 pound curse

Wow, that is an awesome attitude. Same way I feel about keto. Not at goal but I feel I look “thin” and that is okay with me. I feel good when I go out in public and am not self conscious about my appearance anymore.
