What other sweeteners are acceptable?

I use keto as a way of re-educating my palate and not having “sweet” things at all so rarely if ever use them.
What are you needing to have them in?

All of them? Are we talking some GI upset or worse? Have you narrowed down whether it’s the other crap in the granular ones, vs the liquid versions, vs extracts?

That leaves natural sugar (cane, honey maple syrup, agave, date, etc,etc) And the sugar alcohols (some of which spike insulin almost as much as natural ones. I use 1 tsp per day of truvia which is a blend of erythritol and stevia. Perhaps the poison is in the dose ?
