I thought you were all crazy when I first started keto… steak all the time. And with butter on top!
Now I am craving steak with butter all the time. What is with that?? Is there a reason I feel like a vampire and dream of bloody steaks?
Also – I have lost 10 pounds in 17 days. I am 5’ 7" and I weigh 147.7 now (I started at 158). I don’t have that much to lose… and I wasn’t expecting to lose so much, so fast. As long as I am not damaging my MR by eating too few calories (I don’t think I am!), is this healthy?
