Alfalfa Sprouts to the rescue

Being new to keto I thought I just stumbled into an accidental find.

When I am almost done eating I sometime have some extra small oil and sauces left on the plate. I always used a teaspoon to get it all, but it was a pain.

Now I just pop some alfalfa sprouts to soak them up and it’s super easy. They come up as no net carb cost.

Thought I’d share.

Alright I guess. I range from a ketone of .4 or .6 and hit .9 once in a while. Needing to take meds with a tiny bit of food makes things harder.
