I read an article today saying that their air fryer is the best thing they use for keto diet, i may be wrong but dont these reduce the fat intake therefore reducing the fat you get.
It got me a little confused.
Does anyone have a take on this

It doesn’t reduce fat per say. It just doesn’t add the fat like regular deep frying would. I would love mine if I had a family of just one or two. With a family of four it’s near impossible to make a meal at one time (I have the Phillips one). I think the strongest selling point for me would be that you could make one serving of something without turning on the oven (think fish fillet or chicken etc).
I personally think its more comparable to a convection oven than a fryer. A faster, more even heated convection oven I guess.
