I posted on here awhile bsck and I’ve been eating keto for over a year now but the last little while I keep falling off the wagon so I thought I’d sign on and post a bit for motivation.
I suspect I may have gained a little weight but my jean size has not gone up and I still feel pretty good about myself.
I think I’m a sugar addict once I have a taste I’m done for and then it’s hard for the next few days to get back on with my low carb eating but after 2 or 3 days then it’s pretty smooth sailing. So although I feel bloated right now i know ill be good in a few days.
How is everyone?
