I watched a movie on television today with some friends. This things was advertised over and over during the movie. All I could do with what I’m learning about health and Keto is shake my head. One of the people there kept saying how it was about time these fast food places started serving “healthy” options.

When they were first coming out on a trial basis in a few Burger Kings, there were the usual reports about it. It really wasn’t all that different than a standard whopper. The problem is going to be people who think it’s “health food” because it’s vegetarian and scarf down two at a time.
