How often do you adjust Marcos? Is macro counting the best option?

Not exactly macros as in percentage but general recommendations are:

<20g of carbs per day
1-1.5g of protein per kg of lean body mass
fat to satiety, as in enough so that you arent hungry between meals
Try not to snack between meals so your insulin can lower properly.If hungry between meals add more fat at meal times or try out some fat bombs for minimal insulin response

Dont count calories. Eat when hungry, dont when not. Simple!
