Additions to keto?

I wanted to ask if there were any additions you’ve added to keto or your biohacking regimen that you’ve found helpful. For example, I found running to work really well with keto. I had more energy and felt better after I went for a run. I also found that I could use my newfound brain energy to read through a cognitive behavioral therapy book and get rid of my anxiety. Another example is that I found I was more tolerant of the cold. If I have to do a stressful event, sometimes I’ll try to get my room as cold as possible as I found it helps with my stress levels.

I started keto end of July 2016, I did fine for a long time on it, but finally stopped losing by the end of the year, had 15 lbs to go that wasn’t budging. I started fasting, IFing at first, and then later I did the Zornfast and that did it for me, the stubborn weight just melted away. Working on 5th yr. losing, 4th yr. in maintenance.
