Does anyone know how much of this would be apple cider vinegar ? I can’t figure it out. Is there only 1 tablespoon in the whole thing or 2 or what lol
ACV - not a keto question
Their website has a “contact us” link. That would be awesome if they were able to share than info with you.
Here’s a website that seems to have a bunch of information on the drinks, and I do see where it says something about nutritional facts of these products. But I didn’t read through all of it, since I’m working on something else for work.

But if it does’t have that information listed anywhere, you could always do as Q11 suggested and just get them a shout.
There’s about 3 tsp in the whole bottle.
It’s 3% juice and the bottle is 480ml. 3% of 480ml is 14.8ml and a teaspoon is about 5ml. So 3 teaspoons.
Wouldn’t the 3% juice refer to the lime juice and not the ACV? I don’t think that they can call vinegar “juice.”
Plus, I believe the order of the ingredients is required to be listed by volume, hence water, ACV, lime juice etc …
Just curious if anyone contacted the company thru their website already. I’m really interested in the answer.
I did contact them. No response yet. It’s a really good drink and so I wanted to know how much is in there so I can have how much of the bottle I should drink a day. If it’s 2 tablespoons in the whole bottle then I’ll have to drink the whole bottle. Right now Iv been doing like half a bottle a day.
I don’t see how that can be correct, Kellie, unless they are talking about an exceedingly concentrated ‘apple cider vinegar’ prior to being diluted with the distilled water.
You’ve got 32 tablespoons there, total, in the bottle. Roughly 1 tablespoon is other stuff - lime juice and stevia. Normally, vinegars like this are diluted with the water to be 5% acidity, and Bragg’s is that way too. So what you have is 97% normal vinegar, per the normal strength.
If you want 2 tablespoons, you only need that much out of the bottle, or a hair more.
Maybe mix 4 Tbsp ACV with 31 Tbsp water…see if the taste of ACV is similar to their product.
I’m not understanding . I meant ounces if that matters lol it’s 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in one whole bottle , I think that sounds like a right answer.
Again, I think with the “4 tablespoons,” they are talking about the concentrated vinegar - **before they dilute it to 5% acidity. What you have in the bottle is normal-strength apple cider vinegar. (It’s going to be mostly water, because that’s what vinegar is at 5% acidity strength.)
5% is plenty strong - I think of myself as a tough old so-and-so, but drinking straight out of the bottle is still pretty hard.
If you are wanting so many tablespoons or so many ounces of apple cider vinegar, you don’t need to do any calculations - just take that many out of the bottle. When a recipe or dietary suggestion calls for a measure of vinegard, it’s always assuming the 5% acidity strength, as far as I know.
