I have not properly introduced myself but this is a RANT!
So yesterday i was going about my usual stressful end of year routines. The day before my prof dropped a bomb on me and now i have to spend the whole day doing a shitty experiment that was not in my schedule ( and i hate it when my day deviates from the schedule in a stressful time because i have put so much effort in perfecting the time/task timeline) but okay okay! It’s cool. Iam doing the experiment.
The experiment takes about a day of prep and set up and half of the next day ( this time it took all day ) of actual experiment.
Okai so i take my stuff and i start doing it. 1 hour, 2 hours pass and i got bored waiting for results. I open my bag to get the laptop to read and baaammmm a sugarless mint pack ( full of mints) and iam bored ( not hungry just angry) so i grab one after another and i finished half of the pack…
Sugarless yeah no problem so what i was fasting the whole day and iam booored lets snack on the SUGARless mints right? They are SUGARless!! NO they are not they are falutin not sugarless it turns out.
So i go home effinng angry and soooo hungry which is unusual for me iam never hungry! I go home angry and hungry i just want to put my hand on some food i grab the first thing in sight ALMONDS, half way through the binging i tell myself stop and reevaluate, why am i so hungry!! I go online and it turns out they put the sugarless tags on them as long as you just eat one and not half of the pack!!! What A LIE!!
Next day which is today i woke up super bloated super cranky super hungry i weight myself 500grams increase ( i know it is water weight) .
Iam sooo sad i hate bloating. After this day finishes ( thank the supernatural being whoever that is it is a friday) and i will spend the day getting back in keto. Iam gonna go crush the gym with weights and cardio and come back to eat olive oil you know!

Take home message
If you find yourself in a stressful situation just do what you always do ( if you dont eat mints usually juat dont) being in a stressful situation does not warrant me/you to act like maniacs okai?
And if your boss/prof are aholes just ignore it ignore it untill you find yourself in an environment that is conductive of selfcare aka home with people who support you because they will guide you. And next time say no to your prof/boss in a very polite way because you need this job/degree okai? Okai?
