I shot this AFTER a full chest session and 2/3 of my arm workout.
I’ve only been back in the gym a month as of Next Tuesday and the progress that I’m making is on point!
KETO is the bomb because I have unlimited energy and my muscle recovery even after so long out of the gym (almost a year…and before that 3 years) is also on point as my research told me it would.
Lastly and also at 52YO I’M STILL PUTTING ON MUSCLE!!!
I thought that KETO and fasting is supposed to make you lose muscle . Y’all keep on believing that lie!!!
Still got a long way to go but slow and steady will win the race!
