A question about chocolate

Thanks for the info! I am mainly curious about the taste comparison, but it’s really good to know the nutritional comparison as well. I have made my own fat bombs, but I am completely avoiding all sweetener whenever possible. I rarely, rarely eat anything like this chocolate, and likely won’t buy anymore when what I have is gone, but I have been enjoying it as an occasional treat the last couple weeks :grinning:

If your in the UK, look for Willies chocolates, they have several 100% types and a bunch that are higher % . . Really good chocolate. I also get cocoa butter and cocoa liqueur from realfoodsource (online) to make my own. Cocoa butter is 99% fat (try it in your buttered coffee! Yum!) and the cocoa liquor is usally pretty low on the carbs so you can blend and sweeten to taste
