Widely experienced, so I know I am preaching to the converted… but the sleep/ease of waking up/being able to get up feeling rested and energetic I am experiencing on keto is changing my life.
The biggest short-term benefit is that keto is extending my life by giving me extra hours every day! I used to wonder how people could be so ‘awake’ and ready to go in the mornings when for me, it would take at least a couple of hours before I felt ok. Now, every morning(!) I wake up feeling as rested as I would have after what I would have previously described as ‘the best sleep ever’ - and those sleeps only ever happened very occasionally!
I don’t have words to describe how thrilled I am!
