I’m an IT professional and have been a consumer of a large volume of technical and business-related podcasts for years. Mostly now my podcast listening is focused on health:
- Alzheimers / aging-related health
- keto
- stress reduction
- general health
I probably average 1 podcast a day and 1 to 2 videos most days. I remember the concepts I need to keep track of. But It gets hard to remember which podcast or video is the one that covers topic X. So I am tracking my listening/viewing now in google docs and have used this already here to help people gain additional knowledge.
